We are delighted to announce that this year’s AGM will be held on:
Sunday 28 August 2022 at 12 noon at
Conford Village Hall, Conford, Liphook GU30 7QJ

You will see from the agenda, which officers and committee members are standing for re-election and which are standing down. If you would like to join the committe or wish to nominate someone else, please make sure that Pamela has a completed nomination form before the meeting with the proposed committee member nominated and seconded.
Once the formalities are complete we will move on to the picnic at approximately 1.30pm The cost is £5 per person to include freshly made sandwiches, sausage rolls and salads followed by a selection of homemade cakes. The AGM will take place in the hall and then, weather permitting, we’ll move outside for games, a quiz and the picnic. Please bring along a chair or picnic rug to sit on and your own drinks.
All members are welcome to attend the AGM. If you would like to stay for the picnic, it would be really helpful if you could book in advance so we can make sure we cater for for the right number of people. Book and pay via paypal below:
