We are so excited to be granted the license to perform Chicago from 27 – 31 October 2020.

Set in the roaring 20s, this iconic Kander and Ebb musical sees Roxie Hart murder her faithless lover and convince her hapless husband, Amos, to take the rap….until he finds out he’s been duped and turns on her.

Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another “Merry Murderess,” Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and the headlines, ultimately joining forces in search of the “American Dream”: fame, fortune, and acquittal.

This sharp-edged satire features a dazzling score that sparked immortal staging by Bob Fosse.

We are delighted to welcome back director, Andy Boughton, MD Justin Luke and choreographer, Mandy Boughton.

The read through will take place at The Grove Resource Centre at 7.30pm on Sunday 17 May (to avoid clashing with Salad Days rehearsals). We will be arranging audition rehearsals to allow auditionees the opportunity to become familiar with the music.

Auditions will take place at The Haslemere Hall at 2.30pm on Sunday 14 June.
