This year’s AGM will be held on Sunday 23rd July and is very kindly being hosted but Susanna and Chris Lloyd at Heart’s Delight, 21 Midhurst Road, Fernhurst.  GU27 3EJ.  Parking is available just two minutes walk away in the Crossfield Car Park off Vann Road.

We’ll also be pairing this with our Annual BBQ where a sumptuous array of food will be provided. All you need to bring along is something to drink, a chair or blanket to sit on….and, of course, your fabulous selves!

Entertainment will be provided by the wonderful Lizzie Hales so we can all look forward to a fun afternoon catching up with friends.

Bookings can be made online below – £10 for adults and £7 for children (under 16!).  Select the type of ticket you would like below (adult or under 16) and click “Add to Cart”.  You can then change the number of tickets of that type and/or add tickets of a different type, before you checkout.

You are, of course, very welcome to join us for the AGM even if you’re unable to stay for the BBQ….but we very much hope you can.
