With the auditions taking place at 2.30pm on Sunday 19 June at the Haslemere Hall, here is some information on rehearsals for the next couple of weeks with full information about what’s required for the auditions below.
Tuesday 14th June
7.30 – 8pm Recap of story and principle parts
8pm Tap lessons for everyone with Jessi & Principle singing practice with Bob
9pm Principles learning tap audition with Jessi
Thursday 16th June
7.30 – 9pm Principle singing and tap practice
9pm Principle tap auditions
Sunday 19th June
2.30pm Principle auditions in the Hall
Tuesday 21st June
7.30pm AGM in Hall
9pm Chorus rehearsal including tap lessons in the Hall
This is a cracking company show that Players last did in March 1998. It has some wonderful singing parts as well a lots of character or non-singing roles and lots for the chorus to do including some wonderful tap numbers (last time we had the whole cast tapping….to varying degrees….but the whole cast!). You can also look forward to a downpour of real rain in every performance so do come along and find out what the shows all about and what Hamish, Bob and Jessi have in store for you.
