The Haslemere Players stage popular musicals at the Haslemere Hall, winning regular awards from the Southern Region of the National Operatic & Dramatic Association for their productions.

Every production is a genuine community effort that brings together the varied aspects of entertaining people. For every person on stage it takes two people off or back stage to make a show happen. So it isn't just about acting, singing and dancing. Oh no. Every show needs costumes, props, scenery, technicians on lighting and sound, an orchestra in the pit, a production team, front of house staff and, of course, an audience. And yet the list still goes on with local press and radio, sponsors and advertisers - some of whom are mentioned below.
